Warranty Information

Go-Anywhere Pty Ltd T/As Trailermade
Our liability for trailers of our own manufacture is limited to making good any defects by either repairing or replacing at our option within 12 months of purchase.
Trailer warranty provisions require:-
 1/ The trailer must not have been altered or operated outside the limits of the design specifications.
 2/ The trailer has not been damaged by neglect, accident, improper use or whilst used for competitive purposes.
 3/ The warranty does not cover expenses beyond the warranty repair of the trailer itself.
 4/ Go-Anywhere Pty Ltd shall not be liable for loss of any kind arising out of the supply or operation of the trailer.
 5/ Paint is warranted against defective paint or application not against normal effect of rust, oxidisation or degradation caused
     by fuel and dissimilar metals.
 6/ Any work agreed to be repaired by Go-Anywhere Pty Ltd will be done at a location of our choosing. Cost of freighting will be the 
     purchasers responsibility.
 7/ The warranty does not cover items replaced during normal service and maintenance operations and which are subject to wear.
 8/ These arrangements apply regardless of any change in ownership during the period covered.
 9/ The above warranty is in lieu of any or all warranties expressed or implied, conferred by statute or otherwise and is the 
     only warranty given by Go-Anywhere Pty Ltd.
10/ Details referred to in the website or brochures are based on pre-production specifications and could be 
      altered or deleted prior to trailer sale date. Because of variations in manufactured products all measurements, capacities,
      dimensions and weights quoted should be taken as approximate only and are subject to change.
11/ Go-Anywhere Pty Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or change colours, weather seals, shelving and hardware depicted in the
      website or brochures at any time without notice.
12/ The trailer must receive regular service and maintenance. (Refer Service and Maintenance sheet)

Exceptions to Warranty
Refrigeration units, generators, wheels and tyres, lights, suspension, bbq's and sound systems are covered by the manufacturers warranty only.
Fair wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, misuse or abuse, defects due to modifications, accidents, damage casued by vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. 
This warranty also does not cover scratching, scuffing or natural breakdown of materials.
